Vibrator Warehouse is a newcomer to online adult toy sales, and they appear to still be a little green. Their website looks a little confusing with about 30 links in the bottom of the home page to "Classic Vibrator". Not sure why this is there.
They seem to have a few things to learn in the area of customer service, as well as web design. Although their home page states that they have 20 years of combined experience in customer service, this could mean they have 20 employees with 1 year of experience each, not very impressive. It shows in their 25% restocking fee for undelivered packages.
If Vibrator Warehouse wants to compete they have better make some improvements to their adult toy store.

Nice store with lots of products and decent pricing. I may check these guys out soon. I like how pretty their store is!

I ordered from this website and it is a rip off. I recieved nothing from them. I called the store and they said that my order was dropped off on the 24 of December. Told them I did not recieve it and they said that it was the delivery guys fault. So I waited for about a week still didn’t get anything. Called back and they said my order was under investigation. Then I called back and they said it was on its way that I should recieve it sometime this week Jan 18-22 and still I did not recieve anthing. I emailed them today and they say the same thing that I should have recieved it on the 24 of December.
I really really do not recommened this site to anyone. I lost 30 dollars to this website. BUYERS BE WARE!!!!

Ordered some stuff for a party in two days next day air at a little after 9AM but the order still has not shipped the next day. called customer service and talked with Dawn. Because the order didnt ship yesterday I wanted to change the shipping to ground but they say that nothing can be changed even though the order has not shipped.

VW is NOT a newcomer… In fact our company has been in business since 1998, making us one of the first online. The initial site review must have been done literally within a few days of a site update, because the duplicate info issue mentioned was present less than a week. And the comment about 20 employees with 1 year experience??? Really? Why not just say we might have 1000 employees with 1 week of experience each, because that is an equally absurd statement…
Regarding the customer comments: If UPS makes a delivery error (it happens unfortunately), we promptly open a UPS investigation. UPS takes 7-10 days to complete an investigation. When investigation is complete, we of course take appropriate action to resolve any remaining issue, whether it be re-shipment, refund , etc.
Orders typically ship on the next business day after submitted online and once an order is in progress, it can not be changed. Simply one of the side effects of running a fast moving, efficient operation. The benefits far outweigh the occasional drawback this may present.
We of course understand being disgruntled if a package gets lost in transit, or being anxious to receive an order, but we are proud to say that 99.9% of our customers are very satisfied with the service and value we provide.
Just had to put this out there, considering the misinformation in initial review.
